In this module, you will learn to article the conditions for success and link them to your enterprise promise. That way, you will be able to measure what success means to your business, and what must be in place for it to happen.
Module 3 – Sales Magic
In this module, you will define who your ideal customers are, and article your ‘customer promise’ that attracts them to buy your product or service.
Module 4 – Flowing Delivery
In this module, you will learn how to have the business running by putting together a powerful schedule of projects, processes and teams. This is where the initial magic happens, and can scale your top-line revenue by as much as 500%.
